Please note that the clinic will be CLOSED on Monday 14th June for the Queen's Birthday Public Holiday. We will be open as normal from 8am, Tuesday 15th June.
** 27.5.21 - IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS UPDATE **
Please rest assured we will remain open to care for your pets during lockdown.
Due to the development of cases of COVID-19 in Melbourne, and in line with the government directives announced this morning, we will again be operating under “circuit-breaker” restrictions from Friday 28th May.
What does this mean for your pets and their upcoming appointments? We will still be offering our normal full service, but will only be allowing one person in the clinic at any one time. Please phone the clinic from the carpark when you arrive, and our staff can provide further direction from there.
Please wear a mask at all times when attending the practice, and if you are unwell in any way or have been in close contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case, please call to reschedule your appointment or have someone bring your pet in on your behalf.
Contactless payments are preferred, and we ask that you phone ahead to order any food, medication, parasite control products or the likes.
We understand it is a frustrating time, but we are taking the necessary measures to keep your pets, our staff and the greater community safe so that we can continue to provide essential services during this time.
We thank you for your continued patience and support throughout this time.
